EisenVault servers are mainly installed on Ubuntu linux, but there is no restriction on operating system for the client. Access to the system is via web browsers and that works on any operating system. We have an offline sync client for Windows and Mac. We have mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Hi - your EisenVault installation has a plugin called OnlyOffice installed by default. You will see an option called "Edit in ONLYOFFICE". Please see the attached screenshot. When you click this, a new browser tab will open and you will be able to edit MS Office documents like Word, Excel and Powerpoint files.

Hi Varun It seems your on-premises DMS is not able to communicate with the OnlyOffice server. Please check the below: - Is port 443 open in your firewall? Is it forwarded properly on the Hypervisor/VMWare setup for your OnlyOffice server? - Is port 443 open and forwarded on your main DMS server? - Do you have valid SSL certificates installed on both the above servers? You can always try rebooting the OnlyOffice server and see if that resolves the problem.
