EisenVault installation is recommended on Linux operating systems.

To remove/edit doc-type in EisenVault folders, follow the below given instructions. • Login with admin id and password • Go to "Admin Tool" • Click on "Uploader Plus" • You will see your folder path with the metadata field applied to it. When moving your cursor to "Allowed Types" you have two options. • Edit (To change the Allowed Metadata Types) • Delete (To delete/remove the metadata fields)

What type of workflows do you provide? There are five types of workflows in EisenVault as given below: 1. New Task: As the name suggests in this workflow, you can assign a new task to yourself or a colleague. 2. Group review: In this workflow, you can assign a review task to a group of people, and you can specify what % of the group needs to approve the document. For e.g. If it's a 10-person group and you specify 50% then only 5 out of 10 need to approve the document. 3. One or more reviewers: In this workflow, you can assign a review task to multiple reviewers. Which sends it to a bunch of people, and they have to review it. 4. Pooled review: In this workflow, you can assign a review task to multiple reviewers and one of them takes ownership of the task. 5. Single reviewer: In this workflow, you can assign a review task to a single reviewer. EisenVault DMS comes with five in-build workflows, but we also customize complex to easy workflows as per customer's request.
