• Case point no.1 (Folder MO to Hospitals, folder Hospital OFF and file unable to move) : 6 April 2022 / 12:00 PM
• Case point no. 2 (When we do move, appear message, The move could not be completed) : 14 April 2022 / 9.15 AM
Is the same user able to move documents to other folders if he/she has move access?
I can move documents in other folders, but not in the above 2 cases
Is this error coming with other users too?
Yes, account under the name Natalia Amalia (Manager) also has same problems in the 2 cases mentioned above
