HR departments use EisenVault as a central repository. They use it storage and share employee records, policy documents and training material including videos EisenVault can also be used to receive documents via a webform when onboarding new employees. Compliance reports can be generated to identify missing documents.

This is a great feature in EisenVault. You can OCR documents with multiple languages in the same document. There are options to either OCR single documents or automate OCR to bulk OCR documents in a folder.

I use offline sync and its a very useful app. Easy to install
