How can I reset my password?
You also received an email from EisenVault when your DMS account was created. You can see your username on that email. Attach the snapshot for reference.
It means you entered incorrect username, please enter correct username.
Error is "04240154 User with username artawan.utama not found"
What error did you get? could you share a screenshot?
Sometimes it give error - template error message - what to do?
Below is the step to reset the password:
On the login page, click on “Forgot Password.”
Enter the Username.
Click on Reset.
The reset link will be sent to your registered email Id.
Click on the link in the email.
Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
After that, enter your new password, and you will be able to log in to DMS.
